By accessing or using NexAI CG ("the Service") at nexaicg.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexAI CG is an AI-powered creative pipeline platform that provides tools including a Pipeline Generator, Character Bible Generator, Storyboard Engine, YouTube Launch Pad, and Upload Checklist for 3D CG and AI video creators.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

NexAI CG offers a free tier and a Pro Creator subscription at $20/month.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Ownership of Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you input into NexAI CG (lyrics, character descriptions, concepts) and all outputs generated for you (prompts, storyboards, character bibles, SEO metadata).

By using the Service, you grant NexAI CG a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your creative content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexAI CG to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API or generators
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created in deceptive ways

7. Intellectual Property

The NexAI CG platform, brand, design, code, and all original content on the site are owned by NexAI CG and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

The name "NexAI CG" and associated logos are trademarks of NexAI CG. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

NexAI CG uses third-party AI models (via HuggingFace) to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all generated content before use.

AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not liable for any outputs that do not meet your expectations.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexAI CG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
